In our factory I you can find the tool construction department with its fully automatic processing centers for designing and constructing of new plastic moulds and metal tools.
This means that the moulds and tools for manufacturing plastic articles and metal parts, caps and plastic bottles are produced in-house, likewise the moulds and receptacles for the blister packaging machines. TITANIA® is thus self- sufficient, with the exception of buying in the raw materials.
The stock of machinery also includes ultra modern injection and plastic blowing machines,
fully automatic punching lines for stamping all kinds of materials, such as non-rusting stainless steel for example.
• Furthermore, our factory I uses high-tech robots, assembly and packaging machines which auto- matically „put together“ and pack our products.
• It hosts 8 skin and 3 blister packaging machines, each with an average capacity of 1.500 pieces per hour, depending on the article.
• Our in-house PU foam production turns out around 35.000 pumice sponges every day in various forms and colours for customers all over the world.
